Testo Blend 350: three esters, 350 mg per mL

Testo Blend 350 is Dragon Pharma's three-ester testosterone, supplied as a 10 mL multi-dose vial at 350 mg per mL. The vial holds 3,500 mg in total, split across enanthate, cypionate and propionate.

That puts it between the single-ester products and the five-ester Sustanon pattern. More weight per millilitre than a standard blend, fewer components than Sustanon, and a release that starts sooner than enanthate alone.

The three esters, and what each one does

The ester is the fatty acid attached to the testosterone. It does not change what the hormone is, it changes how fast the body lets go of it. Three esters means three speeds in one injection.

Testosterone propionate, 50 mg

The shortest of the three, clearing in roughly two to three days. It is the smallest share of the blend but it is what makes the first days different from a plain enanthate injection.

Testosterone cypionate, 100 mg

Active over roughly ten to twelve days, and close enough to enanthate in behaviour that the two together read as one long component. It carries the middle of the curve.

Testosterone enanthate, 200 mg

The largest share by weight, releasing over ten to fourteen days. It is what holds the level after the propionate has cleared, and why the blend does not need injecting as often as straight propionate.

Testo Blend 350 or Sustanon 270

Both are on this site, both are Dragon Pharma, and the choice comes down to the recipe rather than to strength alone. Sustanon uses five esters, including isocaproate and decanoate, which stretch the tail well past two weeks. Testo Blend 350 weighs more per millilitre but carries no decanoate, so it clears sooner at the back end.

Read it as: more testosterone per millilitre, a shorter overall tail, and a simpler ester profile.

Testo Blend 350 or plain testosterone enanthate

The practical difference is the first week. Enanthate alone builds slowly and holds one plateau. The blend adds a fast component at the front without giving up the plateau behind it.

What 350 mg/mL means in practice

Three and a half thousand milligrams in a 10 mL vial. Against a 200 mg/mL enanthate product, 350 mg is 1 mL rather than 1.75 mL, which is a smaller injection for the same amount of testosterone. Higher concentration does mean more solvent in the carrier, which is what people notice as a little more bite at the site.

Batch testing and authenticity

Every vial is checked before it is listed. The batch code is printed on the vial and on the Dragon Pharma carton, and the laboratory report for that batch records the measured testosterone content against the 350 mg/mL claim.

On arrival, check that the batch code on the vial matches the carton, that the aluminium crimp is unbroken, and that the solution is clear with no particles or layering.

How the release curve behaves

The first two or three days

The propionate is doing most of the work, and levels rise faster than they would from enanthate alone. This is the part of the blend you can feel earliest, if you feel anything at all in the first week.

Day four to day ten

Cypionate and enanthate take over as the propionate clears. The level settles into the plateau that most of the vial is built to produce.

After the last injection

Roughly two weeks of release remain from the enanthate, and detection extends well beyond that. Any plan for what follows has to start from the tail, not the injection date.

Side effects and what to monitor

This is testosterone, so it aromatises and it suppresses natural production. Water retention, blood pressure and estradiol are the markers that move first, and lipids follow. None of that changes because the product has three esters instead of one; the ester only changes timing.
