These terms govern your use of PandaRoids.to and any order you place through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Age and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to order products or services from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Use of This Website
By accessing this site you confirm and agree that:
- You are not a law enforcement officer, and you are not affiliated with a law enforcement officer or agency.
- You are not accessing this site to gather information to use against the website operators, their affiliates, or any other person or entity in any conceivable manner.
- You will hold the operators of this website, and anyone associated with it, harmless for any information you find here.
- You know and understand the laws in your own country and state regarding the purchase of prescription medication. If the law requires you to hold a valid prescription, you do.
3. Products and Information
Products supplied through this site are sold for laboratory research purposes only — not for human or veterinary use. Information published on this site is provided for general reference and must not be treated as medical advice. See our educational guides for general context.
4. Order Acceptance and Fulfilment
PandaRoids reserves the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or decline it for any reason.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, PandaRoids reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product at the incorrect price.
5. Payment
Orders are accepted once payment has been validated. Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Crypto payments qualify for 20% discount, and first orders receive also with 20% off.
If your order still shows as unpaid more than 3 days after you sent payment, contact us by opening a ticket.
6. Order Cancellation
The order can be canceled at any time until we receive the payment. To do so, contact us through the contact page, state that you wish to cancel, and include your order ID.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped within 1–5 days of payment being validated, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping is a flat $40 on all orders, regardless of quantity or destination. There is no minimum order amount.
If an order is split into two or more parcels, parcels are dispatched at a rate of one per day. Because they ship on different days, their arrival may be a few days apart. To avoid fraud and protect our customers, we ship via Regular Airmail only.
Delays can occur in transit. If your package appears delayed, let us know so we can attempt to track it. Full detail is on our shipping policy page.
8. Warranties and Results
PandaRoids makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees of any kind regarding the website or the products sold on it.
Everyone is different. Results you may get may differ from results others get using the same products. Do not take information you read here as medical advice. Do your own research, and remember that individual response varies. Contact us with any questions before ordering.
9. Claims, Replacement
If you have not received your order within 30 days of the shipping date and you have not received a seizure letter, contact us and we will provide further instructions.
In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received, the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods.
10. International Duty and Customs
It is your responsibility to determine whether internet purchases of drugs in your area are prohibited under local laws. You are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs requirements that apply at your destination.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PandaRoids, its operators and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, from any order placed through it, or from the products supplied — including any loss of profits, data or goodwill, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Non-Disclosure
All personal information held on this website is treated in accordance with European legislation. Customer data cannot be disclosed, including upon an official request submitted by the authorities of foreign countries. Full detail is set out in our privacy policy.
