Shipping Policy
PandaRoids operates an international warehousing and dispatch network to ship worldwide. This page explains what shipping costs, how long delivery takes, which destinations we do not serve, how to track your order, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is a flat $40 on every order — regardless of order size, weight or destination. There are no additional handling charges and no minimum order amount. The rate is shown when you place your order.

Two things affect these estimates:
- Order processing. Most orders ship within 24–48 hours of payment being received, excluding weekends. If payment is made over a weekend, dispatch resumes on the next business day.
- Seasonal delays. Delivery can take an additional 1–2 weeks during public holidays.
Shipping is via Regular Airmail only. This is a deliberate choice to avoid fraud and protect our customers.

If your country is on this list, we are unable to process your order. Contact us if you are unsure whether we deliver to you.
Order Status Explained
Your order passes through several statuses in your account. Here is what each one means:

| PENDING – UNPAID | Order received. Payment is now required. |
| PAID | Payment received and confirmed. |
| PAID – PENDING | Sent to packing. |
| PAID – SHIPPED | Packed and dispatched. |
| SEMI-SHIPPED | First parcel dispatched; the second follows shortly. Nothing has been forgotten. |
Depending on the payment method you use, it can take a few days for payment to be received. If your order still shows as unpaid more than 3 days after you sent payment, contact us by opening a new ticket.
Tracking Your Order
Once your goods are shipped, our system emails you a shipping confirmation. To get your tracking code:
- Open a ticket in your account, or reply directly to the notification email.
- Request your tracking code.
- Check it on 17track.net.
Please check your spam folder. Our emails sometimes land there. Find them and mark them as "not spam" so you do not miss future notifications.
Discreet Packaging
We ensure every package ships with maximum discretion:
- Products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with care, specifically to minimise shipment volume.
- Our organisation name does not appear on any package.
- Shipments are sent from various shipping points established in different countries, to ensure maximum discretion and the highest probability of successful delivery.
Packages are delivered only against your signature. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, your local post office will leave a notice indicating a package is waiting for you.
What To Do If Your Order Does Not Arrive
Don't panic. Start here:
- Log in to your account on PandaRoids.to.
- Click My Orders and select the order in question.
- You will see every package dispatched, along with the expected arrival date.
- If more than 10 days have passed after the expected arrival date, contact us via a ticket.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of the shipping date and have not received a seizure letter, let us know and we will provide further instructions. Our full terms of use cover the reship and refund position in detail.
Seizures and Customs
Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to reship your order until you scan the seizure letter and the papers inside it and send them to us via ticket.
It is your responsibility to determine whether internet purchases of drugs in your area are prohibited under local laws.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel within 6 hours of payment completion. Contact us through the contact page with your order ID. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
