Injectable Testosterone for Sale: What You Are Actually Buying

Injectable testosterone is testosterone with an ester attached, dissolved in a carrier oil. The ester controls how fast your body releases the hormone from the injection site. Everything else — the concentration, the vial size, the brand — follows from that one variable.
This page is a straightforward guide to what is on the market: the esters, what the concentrations mean, what to check before ordering, and why injectables carry a different risk profile from oral steroids.
Why injectables rather than orals
The difference is the liver, and it is not a small one.
Most oral anabolic steroids are 17α-alkylated — that modification is what lets them survive digestion, and it is also what makes that class hard on the liver. Oral steroid use is associated with cholestatic injury, and with prolonged use, hepatic adenomas.
Injectable testosterone is not 17α-alkylated. It bypasses first-pass liver metabolism entirely, which is why injectables are generally preferred where liver burden is a concern — and why they are the standard form for testosterone replacement.
That does not make injectables risk-free. They still suppress natural testosterone production, still aromatise into estrogen, and still affect lipids and haematocrit. But the liver-specific concern that comes with oral 17α-alkylated compounds does not apply in the same way.
The esters
| Ester | Half-life | Typical injection frequency | Common concentration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Propionate | ~1–2 days | Every other day | 100 mg/ml |
| Phenylpropionate | ~2–3 days | Every 2–3 days | 100 mg/ml |
| Isocaproate | ~4 days | Twice weekly | 250 mg/ml blends |
| Enanthate | ~4.5–5 days | Once or twice weekly | 250 mg/ml |
| Cypionate | ~8 days | Once or twice weekly | 200–250 mg/ml |
| Decanoate | ~10–15 days | Weekly to fortnightly | 250–300 mg/ml |
| Undecanoate | ~20+ days | Every 10 weeks (clinical) | 250 mg/ml |
Blends (Sustanon and similar) combine four or five of these esters so that one injection releases over a longer window — typically 250 to 450 mg/ml total. They behave like an intermediate ester overall.
Shorter ester, more frequent injections. That is the entire trade. The two most common esters compared works through that choice in detail.
What the concentration means
The mg/ml figure tells you how much ester is in each millilitre, and it changes the dose completely at the same injection volume.
| Concentration | What 1 ml delivers |
|---|---|
| 100 mg/ml (propionate) | 100 mg |
| 200 mg/ml | 200 mg |
| 250 mg/ml (most enanthate and cypionate) | 250 mg |
| 300–450 mg/ml (blends) | 300–450 mg |
A 250 mg/ml vial and a 100 mg/ml vial look identical on a shelf. The difference is more than twice the dose for the same volume, so check the number rather than assuming — it is the single most common mistake in this market.
Note also that the ester is not testosterone. Roughly 70–72% of the weight is the hormone, depending on the ester, so 250 mg of enanthate delivers around 180 mg of testosterone.
Vials, ampoules and what to check
Vials (usually 10 ml) have a rubber stopper you draw through multiple times. Ampoules are single-use glass — once opened, the contents must be used.
When an order arrives:
· Hold it to the light. The solution should be clear. Cloudiness or crystals mean it has separated
· Check the concentration is stated in mg per ml, not "equivalent"
· Match the batch number to the documentation you were sent
· Inspect the seal — an intact stopper, no leakage around the crimp
· Check the expiry date
Storage
Oil-based testosterone is stored at 20–25 °C (68–77 °F), protected from light, upright.
Never refrigerate it. Refrigeration is the single most common cause of crystallisation in oil-based injectables. If you are used to keeping peptides cold, this is the reverse rule — and getting it backwards ruins the product either way. A vial that has crystallised can usually be recovered with gentle warmth; What to do with a cloudy vial covers the process, and the one method you should never use on it.
What to check about the seller
Three things, none of which is the website design.
Batch-linked independent testing. A certificate of analysis with a lab name, report number, and lot number matching your vial. In a 2025 study, more than half of anonymously purchased steroid samples were mislabelled or contained a different compound entirely.
A consistent operating history under the same name, over years rather than months.
Direct answers about concentrations and testing.
If you are weighing injectable against topical, note that gels and injections differ in absorption stability as well as convenience — that comparison is covered separately.
FAQ
What is injectable testosterone?
Testosterone with an ester chain attached, dissolved in a carrier oil. The ester controls how quickly the hormone is released, and therefore how often you inject.
Which ester is best?
It depends on how often you want to inject. Propionate clears in a day or two and needs frequent injections; enanthate and cypionate hold for about a week between doses; undecanoate lasts weeks. Enanthate and cypionate are the most common for that reason.
Why is injectable testosterone preferred over oral?
Injectables are not 17α-alkylated, so they bypass the liver-specific concern associated with oral steroids of that class. They still carry other risks — suppression, aromatisation, lipid and haematocrit effects.
Do injectable steroids affect the liver?
Not in the way 17α-alkylated orals do. Injectable testosterone is not metabolised through the liver on first pass, which is why the cholestatic injury associated with oral steroid use does not apply in the same way.
How is injectable testosterone stored?
At room temperature, 20–25 °C, out of sunlight, upright. Never refrigerated and never frozen. Refrigeration causes crystallisation.
What does 250 mg/ml mean?
Each millilitre of oil contains 250 mg of testosterone ester. A 10 ml vial therefore holds 2,500 mg. Because the ester itself is not testosterone, that works out to roughly 1,750 mg of actual hormone.
Can I inject testosterone subcutaneously?
Subcutaneous injection is used in some TRT protocols, particularly with smaller and more frequent doses. Intramuscular is the traditional route and the one most products are labelled for. Site selection and technique matter more with frequent dosing — see where to inject.
What is the difference between a vial and an ampoule?
A vial has a rubber stopper and can be drawn from repeatedly. An ampoule is sealed glass for a single use — once opened, the contents cannot be stored.
Where to buy injectable testosterone
PandaRoids stocks injectable testosterone across esters and brands — cypionate, enanthate, propionate, suspension, undecanoate and blends, from manufacturers including Dragon Pharma, British Dragon, Kalpa Pharmaceuticals and Axiolabs.
Propionat 100 is a useful reference for the short-ester end: 10 ml at 100 mg/ml, the concentration propionate is normally supplied at.
Check the concentration in mg/ml before ordering, confirm the batch documentation, and inspect the vial when it arrives. Those three checks take five minutes and they are the difference between a documented product and an unknown one.

That is the short answer, and it is worth stating plainly because the internet has spent years implying otherwise. This article explains what BPC-157 actually is, what it demonstrably does, and exactly where the "it raises testosterone" claim came from โ because the origin is a real study that says something quite different.
In a 2025 study, researchers bought steroid samples and had an independent forensic laboratory test them: more than half were mislabelled or contained the wrong drug, and every sample carried detectable heavy metals.
The Tren and Test cycle pairs trenbolone with testosterone, and it is one of the most demanding combinations in common use. A 10-week cycle at 1 ml per week of a 350 mg/ml blend is the template most often cited.
