Boldaxyl 300 is Kalpa Pharmaceuticals' boldenone undecylenate, a 10 mL multi-dose vial at 300 mg per mL, so 3,000 mg in the vial. It is the same compound sold elsewhere as Equipoise or EQ, at a concentration 50% higher than the standard 200 mg/mL presentation.

What boldenone undecylenate is

Boldenone is a testosterone derivative that differs from testosterone by one double bond, and it is attached here to the undecylenate ester. That combination is what people mean by EQ.

The undecylenate ester

Undecylenate is one of the longest esters in common use, releasing over roughly two weeks or more. It is the reason boldenone is described as a slow compound: the level builds over weeks rather than days, and it stays in the system long after the last injection.

Where the name Equipoise comes from

Boldenone undecylenate was developed as a veterinary product, marketed as Equipoise for horses. It was never approved for human use in the US or the EU, which is why every listing you see is a laboratory product rather than a pharmaceutical one. Kalpa's Boldaxyl is that compound at 300 mg/mL.

How much it aromatises

Boldenone converts to estradiol at roughly half the rate testosterone does. That is low rather than zero, and it is the reason boldenone is usually described as dry while still requiring some attention to estrogen on longer runs.

The substance and the ester are identical. What changes is how much fits in a millilitre, and that has two practical consequences: the same amount of compound takes less volume, and a vial lasts longer. At equal dose, 300 mg is 1 mL against 1.5 mL at 200 mg/mL.

Higher concentration carries more solvent, which is what people mean when they say a 300 mg/mL product has more bite at the injection site. It is a volume difference, not a potency difference.

Boldaxyl 300 or testosterone enanthate

Both are long-ester injectables and both build over weeks, so the choice comes down to what each one does at the margins. Testosterone aromatises heavily, holds water, and clears in weeks. Boldenone aromatises at roughly half that rate, holds little water, and stays detectable far longer. Boldenone is also the slower of the two to show anything at all.

Many cycles use both rather than choosing, with boldenone as the background compound and testosterone as the base. That is a planning decision for a clinician, not something a product page should settle.

What 300 mg/mL means in practice

Three thousand milligrams in a 10 mL vial, against 2,000 mg in the 200 mg/mL version. If you compare prices, compare cost per milligram: a 300 mg/mL vial holding 50% more compound is not 50% more expensive in real terms unless the sticker price is more than half again as high.

The concentration also changes how many times the vial is pierced. A long-ester compound drawn less often means fewer entries through the same stopper, which matters for keeping a multi-dose vial clean over the weeks it is in use.

How the release curve behaves

The first two weeks

Very little is happening that anyone can feel. The ester has to be removed before boldenone is active in quantity, and undecylenate is slow to give it up. Anything reported in the first fortnight is more likely to be training and appetite than the compound itself.

Weeks three to eight

This is where the compound is at a working level and where appetite, endurance and a slow gain in lean mass are usually described. Vascularity is the change people notice first, and the haematocrit shift behind it is the one to measure rather than assume.

After the last injection

The ester keeps releasing for weeks, and detection runs for months. Any plan for what follows has to start from that timeline, not from the injection date.

Side effects and what to monitor

Boldenone raises red blood cell production, and that is the effect most associated with it. Haematocrit climbing out of range thickens the blood, raises blood pressure and is entirely invisible without a blood test. On a long ester that builds over months, this is the marker to watch first.
