Sustanon 270

Sustanon 270 is Dragon Pharma's five-ester testosterone blend, supplied as a 10 mL multi-dose vial at 270 mg per mL. The five esters are testosterone acetate, propionate, phenylpropionate, isocaproate and decanoate, dosed at 20, 30, 60, 60 and 100 mg per mL respectively. That is the whole difference between this product and the classic Sustanon 250: one extra short ester, and 20 mg more testosterone per mL.

The five esters in Sustanon 270

A testosterone ester is testosterone with a fatty acid chain attached. The chain does not change what the hormone is, it changes how quickly the body releases it from the injection site. Shorter chains clear faster and give a sharper rise; longer chains sit in the muscle and release slowly. Sustanon 270 uses five of them so that one injection covers both ends of the curve.

Testosterone acetate, 20 mg

The shortest ester in the blend and the one that separates this product from Sustanon 250. It clears in roughly a day, which is what gives the injection its initial rise.

Testosterone propionate, 30 mg

Clears in around two to three days. It carries the early part of the release and is the ester most people associate with a fast-acting testosterone.

Testosterone phenylpropionate, 60 mg

A slower ester, active over roughly four to five days. It bridges the gap between the short and long components so the curve does not dip between injections.

Testosterone isocaproate, 60 mg

Active over roughly eight to ten days. This is the middle of the blend by weight and does most of the work of keeping levels steady in the first week.

Testosterone decanoate, 100 mg

The longest ester and the largest single component at 100 mg per mL. It releases over two weeks or more, which is the reason the blend can be injected less often than straight propionate.

Sustanon 270 vs Sustanon 250

Sustanon 250 contains four esters: propionate 30 mg, phenylpropionate 60 mg, isocaproate 60 mg and decanoate 100 mg. Sustanon 270 keeps all four at exactly the same strength and adds testosterone acetate at 20 mg. Nothing else changes. The carrier volume is the same 10 mL, the manufacturer is the same lab, and the four original esters are present in identical amounts.

In practice that means the 270 starts slightly faster because of the acetate, carries 8% more testosterone per millilitre, and behaves the same way after the first few days. Five esters instead of four is the entire distinction, which is why any description that calls this a four-ester product is describing 250 by mistake.

Sustanon 270 vs testosterone enanthate and cypionate

Enanthate and cypionate are single-ester testosterones, and both release over roughly ten to fourteen days. That makes them predictable: one injection, one curve, one peak, and no need to think about which component is doing what. If the goal is a steady level and the simplest possible schedule, a single long ester is easier to manage than a blend.

Sustanon 270 is the other approach. The acetate and propionate fractions put testosterone into circulation within hours rather than days, and the decanoate keeps it there for two weeks afterwards. The trade is complexity for shape: the blend rises faster and holds a plateau, but the release profile changes through the first ten days and cannot be reasoned about as a single half-life.

The Sustanon name, and what the number means

Sustanon was originally a pharmaceutical product from Organon, formulated as a four-ester blend at 250 mg per mL and used clinically as a testosterone replacement. That four-ester recipe is why "Sustanon" and "Sustanon 250" are used almost interchangeably, and it is the reason a five-ester product at 270 catches people out.

The number after the name is simply the total milligrams of testosterone per millilitre. Someone selling Sustanon 300 is selling a blend with 300 mg per mL, and the ester mix almost always differs from both 250 and 270. Some labs raise the decanoate, some add propionate, some use a different five-ester ratio entirely. The number tells you the strength, never the recipe.

For this product the recipe is fixed and printed on the carton: acetate 20 mg, propionate 30 mg, phenylpropionate 60 mg, isocaproate 60 mg, decanoate 100 mg. Add them up and you get 270. If a listing cannot show you that breakdown, it cannot tell you what is in the vial.

How the release curve behaves

The first three days

The acetate and propionate fractions are the only ones doing much in the first 72 hours. Levels rise quickly and fall quickly, which is the part of the curve a single-ester product cannot produce.

Days four to ten

Phenylpropionate and isocaproate take over and hold the level while the short esters clear. This is the steadiest stretch of the blend and the reason the product is built around four or five components rather than one.

Week two onward

Decanoate is what remains, releasing slowly from the injection site. It is also why the product stays detectable for months after the last injection and why it cannot simply be stopped the day before a post-cycle plan begins.

Batch testing and authenticity

Every vial of Sustanon 270 is checked before it is listed. The batch code is printed on the vial and on the carton, and the laboratory report for that batch records the measured testosterone content against the 270 mg/mL label claim.

Check three things when the vial arrives: the batch code on the vial matches the carton, the crimp on the aluminium cap is unbroken, and the solution is clear with no particles. Administration and what the ester profile means for frequency

Dosing, frequency and cycle length are medical decisions and depend on the individual, on bloodwork and on why the product is being used.
