Testosterone propionate does what testosterone does: raises the level, increases protein synthesis and nitrogen retention, improves red blood cell production, and lifts libido and mood. The ester does not change the effect, only the timing. What propionate changes is how quickly the level arrives and how quickly it leaves, which matters when you need to be able to stop.

Per injection, no. 100 mg every other day works out to roughly 350 to 400 mg a week, which is a normal first-cycle dose. The reason it looks small is that the short ester has to be injected far more often to reach the same weekly total, so the individual shot is smaller by design rather than by caution.
