Superdrol Inj 40: injectable methyldrostanolone

Superdrol Inj 40 is the injectable form of Dragon Pharma's methyldrostanolone, supplied as a 10 mL multi-dose vial at 40 mg per mL, so 400 mg in the vial. The compound is the same one in the 10 mg tablets; what changes is how it reaches circulation.

This is the only injectable version we carry, and it exists for one reason: it skips the first pass through the liver that the oral form cannot skip.

What the injectable changes

No first pass through the liver

An oral steroid has to survive the liver on the way in, which is why methyldrostanolone tablets carry a methyl group at the 17-alpha position. An intramuscular injection enters circulation without that detour. The liver is still processing the compound afterwards, but the first-pass spike is not there.

Forty milligrams per millilitre

At 40 mg per mL the vial carries four times the concentration of the 10 mg tablet on a per-unit basis. That is a small volume per administration compared with most injectables, and it is why a 10 mL vial holds only 400 mg in total.

What it does not change

It is still methyldrostanolone, so it still does not aromatise and it still does not hold water. It is still a short-acting compound measured in hours, which matters more for an injectable than for a tablet because it means frequent administration rather than one weekly shot.

Superdrol Inj 40 or Superdrol 10

Same compound, same manufacturer, two routes. The tablet is simpler and needs no injection; the vial avoids the first pass. Neither is stronger, and the milligram figures on the two boxes are not comparable because one is per tablet and the other is per millilitre.

The vial holds 400 mg in total against 1,000 mg in the tablet pack, which is why the prices are close despite the apparent difference in strength.

What to check before you buy

Batch and crimp

The batch code should match on the vial and the carton, and the aluminium crimp should sit evenly around the neck with no gap to the glass. A loose or crooked crimp is the first sign of a repack.

The solution

Hold the vial against light. It should be clear, with no particles, no cloudiness and no layering. Cloudiness in an injectable is a reason to stop.

The lab report

Ask for the report that matches your batch. Injectable products are easier to under-dose than tablets and harder to inspect, which is exactly why the report matters more here.

Batch testing and authenticity

Every vial is checked before it is listed. The batch code is printed on the vial and the carton, and the laboratory report records the measured content against the 40 mg/mL claim.

How the release behaves

The first hours

Intramuscular absorption starts quickly and the compound is short-acting, so the rise is fast by injectable standards. This is not a product that builds quietly over a fortnight.

Day to day

Because the half-life is measured in hours, the level depends on how often it is given rather than on the ester. That is worth understanding before comparing it with a trenbolone or testosterone ester, where one injection covers a week.

After the last injection

The compound clears within days, far faster than any long ester. Natural production remains suppressed, so the period after stopping is a clinical question, not a storage one.

Side effects and what to monitor

Avoiding the first pass removes one liver spike but not the liver's work. Blood pressure and lipids are the markers that move first, and lethargy is the effect most often reported alongside the strength gains.
